The Helter Skelter Slide can only be set up outdoors on grass not inside at a venue.
The Helter Skelter cannot be rolled away wet. If it rains during your hire time and the helter skelter is wet approaching your collection time, then we may ask you to keep it overnight and we collect the next day. We will ask you to inflate the slide on the following day to allow it to dry out so we can collect.
We are a member of BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. This castle, like all of our units, has a valid PIPA / TIPE Certificate, and its blower is regularly PAT tested. Our experienced and friendly team will give full advice on how to safely manage your castle on delivery.
Please Note - Our delivery times will be between 7:00am and your requested time apart from indoor and event bookings that require specific times. We will always have your hired product set-up and safe for use by your parties start time. If your party is being held at an indoor venue where specific times are required, this is not a problem but please call us on 07379 139 139 before booking as we will need to confirm availability.
Please allow 1 hour either side of your allocated pick up and collection times for our team to properly inflate and secure your Helter Skelter slide. The same amount of time will be needed to deflate and pack away the equipment on collection.
Your Inflatable Helter Skelter Slide will be collected from the time you have requested on your booking form, up to approximately 9pm and sometimes later during busier periods. The Inflatable Slide must be inflated for our arrival to be checked and swept clean. If you can please make sure any debris are removed from the Helter Skelter before our arrival this will help speed up the collection process. Please follow the rules in our T & C such as no confetti, party poppers etc on the castle. If this rule has been ignored it is your responsibility to remove it before our arrival or cleaning charges will incur.
