- Best advise we can give to all parents
- As we all know the great British weather can be very unpredictable. When booking your Bouncy castle we would recommend not telling your children you have booked. This way, if we do have to cancel due to bad weather, you will not have very disappointed and upset children as they will be non the wiser.
- How long can I keep the Bouncy Castle on the day of hire?
- Our hire time is for 6 hours but if you would like it a little longer then this is not a problem. You will generally get the Castle longer due to the delivery time slots. Your collection will be from the time you request and never before. Collection could be as late as 9pm depending on how many collections we have. This will also depend on the way to rota is worked out.
- What time can I expect you to deliver the Bouncy Castle?
- We will text you a few days before your event/party your delivery time slot, this will be a time from 7am up to your requested time.. If your booking is at a venue and require a specific delivery time we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
- What happens if it is raining on the day?
- If it's raining consistently on the day or forecast to rain on delivery and collection times we may have to cancel the booking. We would make this decision on the safety of the children and to keep our castles in good condition. Your booking fee is moveable to a new date or can be refunded if we do cancel. We will watch the weather forecast the week leading up to your party and keep you updated on the likeliness of it being cancelled . If we do cancel due to bad weather this decision will be made the day before your booking, we would never cancel on the day. We like to give our customers the opportunity to make a plan B or move the booking to a new date. We have 4 children of our own so we know that to cancel on the day would be very inconvenient.
- What happens If I need to cancel my booking?
- If you need to cancel your booking, it is our company policy that we require 5 days notice . If you don't cancel within in this required time you will be still charged half the price of your booking total. Please understand this is because the products you have booked have been reserved to you so we would potentially loose other business. You will also loose your booking fee if you was to cancel. The booking fee is moveable to a new date but not refundable.
- How and when do I pay for my hire of the Bouncy Castle?
- When you book with us , if your booking is less than £250 we require a £20 booking fee to secure your booking. This comes off your balance. The remaining balance is then due a few days before your booking when we can confirm the weather is good and your booking can take place. You will be sent a text to confirm your delivery time slot and a request to pay the final balance. All payments are made via transfer.
- I'm not sure if I have enough space for the castle can you give me some advice?
- We are always happy to help and give as much advise as possible. If your not sure the castle will fit we will ask you to send us a picture/video of your garden along with the measurements via Whatdsapp or email and we will take a look for you.
- I am trying to arrange a fun day/charity event can you offer any advice?
- We can offer competitively priced quotes and suggest the best options to suit your needs. We also have some great packages that are great for events like School Fetes.
