An amazing company to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the pouring rain they managed to add a bouncy castle indoors at the very last moment. Great communication throughout the booking process from Amy. Despite me living across the road from a competitor, I would choose Wacky Bouncers any day as they are so friendly, helpful and competitively priced. Thank you!

We hired a bouncy castle and ball pit for our sons 5th birthday party - the kids were thrilled! Communication was fantastic from start to finish and any questions I had answered. We’ll absolutely be using Wacky Bouncers again!

I hired a bouncy castle for my daughters 1st birthday to keep the older children entertained and it did not disappoint.
Wacky bouncers arrived on time and were polite, friendly and helpful. The castle itself was clean and looked brand new!
The communication from the team regarding pick up times etc was brilliant and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Very good service, communication and reliability.
We hired a bouncy castle for our Golden wedding party so the Grandchildren would have fun and they did. The big kiddies had fun too! Very clean, efficient and would use them again.

From start to finish the service from Wacky Bouncers has been second to none. Terry and his son set up the bouncy castle just where we wanted it and looked amazing, both couldn't have been nicer. My daughter absolutely loved it, we definitely recommend it.

We recently had this gorgeous wedding bouncy castle for our wedding day on 17th July 2022 at South Farm, Royston.

There are only a few of these exact bouncy castles in the UK so we were delighted when we found out one was near to us in Baldock.

I think I can safely say the bouncy castle was loved by many, particularly the kids but also some adults too!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work on our wedding. It was everything we had dreamt of and more! The castle was so beautiful and you were such a joy to work with! So professional and it was a pleasure to have you on board for our big day. We hired a bouncy castle from wacky bouncers for a baby shower to keep the kids occupied and can honestly say it was the best decision! The kids were on it all day and loved it. The team came round and set it all up exactly where we wanted it and picked it up towards the end of the evening! Highly recommend!

Service was incredible! Amy and her partner were so helpful. I was stuck in traffic , the hall wasn’t open on time so much drama and they worked around it all. Amy even helped me stay calm throughout 😅 .. Thank-you so much the adults as well as the kids loved the Didi cars and the snow machine was an epic added part to our party! Thanks so much for all of your help.

I would highly recommend using Wacky Bouncers. I hired their hot tub pink package for my daughters 30th and was absolutely thrilled. The tub was so lovely and hot and the Gazebo looked fab decorated with fairy lights, banners and balloons. The service was excellent. I literally couldn’t fault them in any way!

I ordered a hot tub for that weekend from Wacky Bouncers and am so glad I found them! So pleased I found this company, what a great experience from start to end. My family and I have had the best 4 days with the Romantic Hot Tub Package. Stunning at night with the lights attached to the Gazebo, every personal touch was just perfect from the trees and flowers to the table with the love ornament on it. Excellent value for money and was extremely sad to see the Hot Tub leave my garden. I had made a mistake with the temperature and it was resolved and within minutes of me contacting Wacky Bouncers. I was compensated even though it was 100% my mistake. Very grateful for all they did for me 💕 I honestly can’t recommend Wacky Bouncers enough, I’m now looking for my next item to hire 😄 xxx

Trying to plan a birthday party for a 5 year old is super stressful, so for our daughters 5th birthday party we ordered a unicorn bouncy castle, ball pit and unicorn bouncers. Wacky Bouncers were incredible with easy booking, great customer service, really good quality equipment and overall friendly and helpful! Brilliant service. Wacky Bouncers came to our rescue when a different company gave us 48 hours notice that they couldn't fulfil our booking. Amy answered very promptly and was very efficient. Drop off and pick up very smooth. Kids loved the bouncy castle, didicars and giant Lego. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot rave enough about Wacky Bouncers. This was the first time I decided to use a bouncy castle and I was not disappointed at all. The castle was up quickly and the softplay equipment laid out perfectly. It all looks new. I've been to lots of children's parties with my kids and this kit was by far the best. It was all clean and like new.
Amy in the head office was super professional to deal with and helped me with options, she responded to emails instantly.

The kids had lots of fun, I will definitely be coming back.

Planning a children's party is a stressful experience for someone as disorganised as I am but Wacky Bouncers made it super simple. I booked online and they turned up with plenty of time to get the castles up for the party. The team were so friendly and just got on with getting everything set up quickly and without and hassle at all, whilst I frantically sorted the rest of the party out!

They kept in touch before they arrived and came back to collect it right on time. They really made the whole thing entirely stress free and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Booked Wacky Bounce for our school fete. They arrived promptly and were set up in plenty of time. They have such a wide range of inflatables and catered for all ages. Throughout the day they were super friendly and professional.
