The Castle will come without the curtains and flowers, if you would like to add them, there will be an additional cost. Please call us for more information.

Please Note- The White wedding Castle and Helter Skelter cannot go out in wet and windy weather conditions. This will still be the case if there is only a small shower forecast on the day

We will be keeping a very close eye on the weather conditions the week leading up to your event. If we do have to cancel due to poor weather, then you will offered a full refund, or if the forecast is showing a little rain and we are still able to safely put out an inflatable, you will be given the option to choose another Bouncy Castle to entertain your gusts.

We are a member of BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. This castle, like all of our units, has a valid PIPA / TIPE Certificate, and its blower is regularly PAT tested. Our experienced and friendly team will give full advice on how to safely manage your castle on delivery.

Please note our delivery times will be anytime between 7:00am-1:00pm apart from indoor bookings

Please allow 1 hour either side of your allocated pick up and collection times for our team to properly erect and secure your castle.
