Update For Autum And Winter Bookings
We have made changes to our delivery season and hopefully take away some of those winter blues.
Due to many requests from our customers regarding outdoor hires during the winter months we have decided to compromise and will be hiring outdoors during winter months. However, there will be a few terms and restrictions in place due to health and safety and as you will also be aware, we also like to keep our equipment and products in tip top condition. The terms and restrictions are as follows-
• Bookings will be cancelled if any rain (at all) is forecast from at least one weather source. This is due to health and safety and also the fact that we cannot dry out inflatables during autumn & winter months due to low temperatures. Rolling away wet or damp inflatables causes them to grow mould and can permanently damage the inflatable.
• Hires will be for shorter periods of time. During autumn and winter months we have less hours of day light, we need light in order to pack up & collect the equipment safely. The latest collection time will be 4pm.
• Bookings will be cancelled if grounds are wet or waterlogged from rain prior to booking date. We will be observing weather conditions prior to the booking date and will in no circumstance erect an inflatable on these ground types. If grounds are waterlogged or wet when driver arrives, they will not set up the equipment.
Please respect these terms and restrictions as we have good reason to have them in place. It is our responsibility to make sure that we hire our products in the safest conditions, and we will not tolerate any abuse or challenges regarding our decision.
We understand that this may come across as strict, but the weather conditions can have a major impact on our business. The slightest bit of bad weather in the colder months can be very damaging to products such as inflatables, hence why we have to have these restrictions in place.
As always, we will do our utmost best to make your hire go ahead and as smoothly as possible but please bear in mind that hiring the during Autumn and Winter is risky and there is a good chance that the weather could spoil your plans. We would always advise hiring a hall or community centre during the colder months to be safe and avoid disappointment if possible.
We are a member of BIHA, TIPE, and The Bouncy Castle Network and we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. This castle, like all of our units, has a valid PIPA / TIPE Certificate, and its blower is regularly PAT tested. Our experienced and friendly team will give full advice on how to safely manage your products on delivery.
Times for your delivery will be confirmed a few days before your booking
On /collection the Bouncy Castle must be inflated for our arrival to be checked and swept clean. If you can please make sure any debris are removed from the castle before our arrival this will help speed up the collection process. Please follow the rules in our T & C such as no confetti, party poppers etc on the castle. If this rule has been ignored it is your responsibility to remove it before our arrival or cleaning charges will incur.
No cancellation fee for wet and windy weather
Our Spa's and Bouncy Castles are cleaned after every hire and our stock is regularly rotated.

Please note- Overnight hire will only be permitted in locations that are well secured. The hirer will be responsible for any damage or loss of the equipment.
